How do I know FFF is not a scam?

We are registering with AUSTRAC and ASIC as a remittance provider. 

As a fully Australian owned and operated venture with our head office in Melbourne, we will be subject to all laws both Federal and State and will be audited regularly by the government bodies as required to prove that we are meeting all relevant legislation.

The cost of using the service for consumers is free. There may be a small cost to download the app and register a profile which will cover the cost of ‘Know your Customer’ legislation. 

This will only be to cover costs of the setup, we will make zero profit at all from this transaction.

The cost to the retailer is a small monthly fee which is about half the cost of hiring a debit card reader from the banks. There will be no surcharge fees applied to any transaction. The maximum cost for the retailer for one Point of Sale register will be $50 per month and in many cases will be cheaper.

We use the latest technology to be able to have the app work in the background which means that there are fewer chances for human error to allow malware into the system. 

We also utilise the best cyber security software to protect our systems and we regularly have our systems ‘Pin tested” (which is where professional hackers try and get into our systems. If they find a breach we plug it and they try again.). 

The security of your personal data is our top priority, without that trust, we are nothing.

We will never…let me repeat that…NEVER…sell, loan, give away, let anyone take a peek or let any third party ever see your personal data. 

Our return/refund policy is designed to keep your personal details safe. 

When you create your profile, you will be given an 8 digit customer number. 

The retailer will refund the money to a FFF trust fund attached to that customer number and the app will return the money to you through the app to your bank account. 

This way, the retailer does not get any more personal data than is necessary and your money is securely returned to you quickly.

Upon launch we will have an Australian based call centre and an online customer service team to deal with all issues as they arise.
